1. WHO WE ARE

ALL SCHOOLS operates a platform that lets schools publish classes, courses, course units and lessons, and lets students enrol in them. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect the information you give us when you create an account or enrol:

• Account details: name, email address, phone number and an encrypted password.
• School affiliation: the school you belong to and the role you hold there.
• Enrolment and payment records: which classes, courses, units and lessons you take, what was charged, and the transaction records kept against those charges.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept for security and to diagnose faults.

3. WHY WE COLLECT IT

• To create and secure your account.
• To show you the courses, units and lessons your school makes available.
• To take and record payments, and to issue receipts.
• To keep the platform secure and working.

4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We share your data only with:

• Your school, which administers the courses and classes you are enrolled in.
• Payment providers, only to the extent needed to process a transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep your account and its transaction records for as long as your account is active, and for the period afterwards that tax and financial record-keeping rules require.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us to correct information that is wrong, provide a copy of the information we hold about you, or delete your account where we are not required to keep the records.

To exercise any of these, contact your school administrator or the platform operator.

7. COOKIES

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a cookie to remember your choice on this form. We do not use advertising trackers.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

When we change this policy we publish a new version and mark the previous one as a draft for a period. The version you agreed to is recorded against your account.
